This website applies the GDPR (the controller is established in France) and, for people located in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data collected

• Diagnostic form: name, email, phone (optional), company or website, and your answers to the diagnostic (industry, team size, tools, priorities).
• Technical data: an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address, used only to limit abuse. The IP address itself is not kept.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless), only if you accept them in the consent banner.

Purposes

• To respond to your request and send you the result of the diagnostic.
• To contact you again about this request, if you have asked for it.
• To send you commercial information, only if you have accepted this separately.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is processed by Patrya Gestion Sàrl and its technical subcontractors: Vercel (website hosting and audience measurement), Supabase (database, European Union), Resend (sending of emails). It is neither sold nor rented.

Retention period

The time needed to handle your request and to follow up the business relationship, then deletion or anonymisation.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@ryzesystems.io. You can also contact the CNIL (France), the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the authority in your country.
