360 Diagnostic: what to automate and who to train, role by role
The 360 Diagnostic is the Ryze Shift AI readiness assessment for companies. It combines two views: your processes (what can be automated, task by task) and your teams (who is ready, who needs training). You receive a 360 plan: one line per role, with the hours to recover, the automation planned and the skill to train.
AI readiness in a small business: why look at roles, not only at tools
The SME Portal of the Swiss Confederation gives five tips for integrating AI (in French): identify the use cases, take stock, define a framework, train the teams, measure the impact. Two of these five points directly concern people. That is also what the employers surveyed by the World Economic Forum say: 85% plan to prioritise training their teams.
An audit that only looks at software answers half the question. The 360 Diagnostic starts from the opposite principle: Ryze Systems looks at your processes, Ryze Shift looks at the skills of each role, and the two readings are brought together in a single plan.
What does the role-by-role map contain?
The 360 plan fits into one line per employee. Each line contains four pieces of information.
| Role | Ryze Systems automates | Ryze Shift trains | Gain per week |
|---|---|---|---|
| Administrative assistant | Automatic reminders | No-code automation | 7.5 h |
| Account manager | Assisted quotes | Precise AI requests | 6 h |
| Sales representative | Lead qualification | Assisted prospecting | 5.5 h |
| Scheduling manager | Team scheduling | Managing by indicators | 5 h |
This table is the example shown on the Ryze Shift page. These are not client results: your figures come out of your team’s assessments.
Behind this plan there are two analyses.
- The process scan. For each process, the share that can be automated. In the example on the page: payment reminders, quote preparation, team scheduling, lead qualification, meeting notes.
- The skills scan. For each employee, a command of AI that is measured, not declared. It is tested in 8 scenarios during the assessment.
How does the 360 Diagnostic work?
Three steps, with nothing to install.
- You invite your team. Together we scope the roles, your tools and your priorities. Each employee receives a link.
- Everyone takes their assessment. On their phone, at their own pace. The assessment takes about 15 minutes, around fifty screens, with 8 AI scenarios. It starts from the real tasks of the week and the time spent on them. The detailed answers stay private.
- You receive the 360 plan. Recoverable hours, training and automations, role by role. Then a cockpit to track and decide.
You can start with a single role. You can also experience the assessment as one of your employees would before inviting anyone: it is accessible with no account from the Ryze Shift page.
Training employees in AI: what happens after the plan?
The diagnostic does not end up in a drawer. Each gap identified leads to an action.
- 14-day sprint, CHF 390. One lever from the report, with support, and before and after proof.
- Skills path. One module per gap identified. This offer is announced as “coming soon”.
- Ryze Worlds. The community for moving forward with others.
- On the process side. The automations are carried out by Ryze Systems. If you are already a client, the 360 Diagnostic is added to your plan: one point of contact, one cockpit.

Conventional AI diagnostic or 360 Diagnostic?
| Criterion | Conventional AI diagnostic | 360 Diagnostic |
|---|---|---|
| What is looked at | Your software | Your processes and your teams |
| Who takes part | One person, 30 minutes | Each employee, 50 guided screens |
| What you receive | A list of ideas | A role-by-role plan, in hours |
| What comes next | It is up to you to implement | Ryze Systems automates, Ryze Shift trains |
This comparison is the one on the Ryze Shift page. It describes a short, generic diagnostic, not any provider in particular.

Frequently asked questions
Which tasks can AI automate in my company?
It depends on your real processes, not on your industry. The 360 Diagnostic looks at them task by task, for example payment reminders, quote preparation, team scheduling, lead qualification or meeting notes, and indicates for each the share that can be automated.
How much does the 360 Diagnostic cost?
The price depends on the size of the team. It is set with you after a first call. No fixed rate is published.
Can management see my employees’ answers?
Each employee takes their assessment on their phone, at their own pace, and their detailed answers stay private. Management receives the 360 plan: recoverable hours, training and automations, role by role. The result is guidance, never an employment decision.
Do you have to commit the whole team from the start?
No. You can start with a single role. You can also take the assessment yourself, with no account, to see what an employee will experience before inviting anyone.
What is the difference from a conventional AI diagnostic?
A conventional diagnostic looks at your software and delivers a list of ideas. The 360 Diagnostic looks at your processes and your teams together, and delivers a role-by-role plan, quantified in hours: what gets automated and who needs to be trained.
